Pre-sales service mainly introduces the company's product positioning to customers, promotes product knowledge, understands customer demands, and helps customers choose appropriate tire products to achieve the purpose of selling appropriate products to appropriate customers.
After-sales service mainly refers to the three-guarantee service, which guarantees repair, replacement and refund of the tires sold.
Three guarantees:
1. If the user discovers quality problems after purchasing the tires before actually using them, they can replace them with new tires. If there is an appearance quality problem, both parties can coordinate and resolve it.
2. If the user discovers quality problems during use, the claim settlement standard will be calculated based on the tread pattern wear depth. The specific regulations are as follows:
Claims scope:
1)Within three years from the date of tire production.
2)Quality problems occur due to manufacturing reasons when used normally according to national regulations.
3) No claim will be made if the tread pattern wear of TBR-TT products is ≧50%.
Claims Standard:
1) If the actual wear depth is less than or equal to 2mm, the wear fee will be waived and the damage will be compensated for one.
2)If the actual wear depth of TBR_TL is >2mm, compensation will be made proportionally. No compensation will be given if the remaining pattern depth is ≦2mm.
3)When the remaining pattern of TBR_TT is ≧1/2 of the new tire pattern, compensation will be made proportionally. If the remaining pattern is less than 1/2 of the new tire pattern, no compensation will be made.
3. Identification of quality problems: For tires with "quality problems", the "Three Guarantees" identification standards implemented by tire manufacturers are not necessarily the same. The identification standards or implementation methods will be based on the production and processing standards of each factory, the use of raw materials, etc. Manufacturers have their own set of "evaluation" standards or regulations. Therefore, when purchasing, you should carefully check the tire specifications, models, and standards, and choose the appropriate tire product based on the vehicle model, road conditions, load capacity, etc. Under the conditions of different tire manufacturers and different special purposes, if some common phenomena occur, such as: ring cracks, ring hollows, wire breaks, shoulder holes, crown detachment, exposed tire lining, degumming, rubber layer, etc. During the quality assurance period, products verified against standards can be determined to have quality issues. If it is determined that the tire fails due to usage problems, it will not be covered by the claim.
Note: The above is for reference only, the actual claim settlement standards of the manufacturer shall prevail.
